With 30 years of experience in Europe, Asia, Gulf and Australia in Academic and Quality Management Consultancy.  Last seven years I am in charge of broad administration experience in area of quality management implementing and monitoring the upgrading programs in according with American Standards. Organize and promote quality improvement efforts. Undertake duties to develop an institutions in Gulf Area. Develop and evaluate guidance policies to ensure high standard quality, and reliability. Act as chairman in different institutions relating to the quality management system.

MAJOR DUTIES AND  CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES LAST FOUR YEARS

  • Chairman & founder of Global Vision for BKGP project in India since 2007.
  • Co-ordinates the activities of the quality management between all academic departments
  • Disseminates information and quality documentation, including out briefs and QM directives.

  • Provides continuous development training courses if required.

  • Prepare the Heads of Agreement and update the program of academic projects requirements. (American University, Al Ghurair University and Wollongong University)
  • Development of efficiency and effective measures; forms of data collection; planning fixed schedules; and general data analysis.
  • Evaluate the efficiency measures of academic programs delay on fully implementation schedule.
  • Manage, coordinate and control the entire academic programs in terms of quality management and schedule.
